Benefits Calculator FREE training session

Finsbury Library – Sat 11th March - 10am to 13:00pm

On Saturday 11th March, the eGovernment team in conjunction with Housing Benefits section will be hosting a free session at Finsbury Library to train both staff and residents in the new online benefits calculator tool. This tool is available on the www.islington.gov.uk website and helps parents, carers, job seekers, pensioners, social workers and care work staff based in the Islington area to calculate correct entitlements to state benefit.

This includes:

• ·Pension Credit

• ·Income Support

• ·Income-based Jobseekers Allowance

• ·Housing Benefit

• ·Council Tax Benefit

• ·Health Benefits

• ·Child Tax Credits

• ·Free School Meals

The session will concentrate on showing the public how to use this invaluable tool. All members of the public and staff are welcome. To book please call Finsbury Library direct on 020 7527 7960.
