Code of conduct

• Colleagues will behave reasonably and with courtesy towards each other
• Colleagues are entitled to respect from others
• Colleagues are entitled to be treated with dignity
• Colleagues have the right not to be oppressed
• All colleagues have the right to be heard provided that they do not conflict with this code of conduct
• Colleagues are expected to respect the confidentiality of the meetings and the fact that the network is for all educational professionals from head teachers, teachers, educational managers, consultants, teaching assistants, learning mentors, LEA staff to administrators.
