Premises & Maintenance and General Assistant
Salary: APTC Spine Point 14 - 17. £18,339 – £19,395 pa (pay award pending)

Required as soon as possible for 35 hours per week. The actual hours of working will be arranged on a rota basis.

There may be occasional weekend and evening working.

The post requires a person who is reliable and able to work without supervision. Experience and ability in premises supervision and routine maintenance is essential.

The successful candidate will need to be fit as there is some lifting. Applications from ex-trades people would be particularly welcome.
