Can't download a document?
If it is an Adobe PDF document (the address in your browser address bar ends
in .pdf), you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can do free of
charge by
visiting the Adobe website.
If it is a Microsoft Word or Excel document (the address in your browser
address bar ends in .doc or .xls), it is likely that there is a problem with
your computer's settings - refer to your operating system's (eg. Windows 2000)
help file for more information. If you do not have Microsoft Word or Microsoft
Office installed, try downloading
OpenOffice, which is available free of charge.
